Got my jeep's oil changed here and asked them to troubleshoot why my tires make squealing sound when I go around corners or brake to slow down. They checked the alignment as requested but did not rotate my tires as requested. They advised that the type of asphalt used in the Carlsbad New Mexico area causes a lot of vehicles to exhibit similar squealing sounds from their tires when turning or braking.

Shout out to Ann Sanders. She helped me get 5 recalls on my 2022 truck taken care of in one visit. I live in Clovis, bought the truck from Tate Branch in Hobbs and got the same message from both dealerships when I called to get help. "They would call when they had all the parts." Neither ever called. Ann called and made it happen.
Went to a CJRD dealer in ABQ, NM because our 2019 RAM 3500 HO was making a "roaring" noise near the intercooler. Was told it could be idler pulley, fan clutch or belt tensioner. The only part they had in stock was the idler pulley. Explained that I was pulling a 27,000 lb. RV and couldn't afford to breakdown on the hwy. After further diagnosis they replaced the idler pulley. We had the greatest experience at Tate Branch here in Carlsbad. Didn’t buy anything when I stopped by, was in Carlsbad on vacation far from home. In spite of being really busy, Lorena was a tremendous help in getting my Terrain taken care of. I live in El Paso and had to leave my vehicle over a long weekend. Lorena helped me find a ride back to Carlsbad when it was time. I followed through with her suggestions for additional service here in El Paso. Her recommendations were spot on.

Absolutely Flawless!!! I was traveling with my 42" 5th wheel when I had an electrical problem that fried my trailer and unknown to me my pig tail plug on the truck. With no appointment they got me in fixed the problem and then didn't charge me because I was 1500 miles from home and between a rock and a hard place. AMAZING SERVICE.
